Looking for one roommate or roommates to rent 2 bedrooms of a 3 bedroom house in Temple City. $1400 for each room. Those two bedrooms sharing one bathroom. If you rent both rooms, then the bathroom is your own, and I will also take 100 off your rent. Amenities included: central air, dishwasher, new hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen 6 years ago, updated bathroom 6 years ago, shared washer and dryer. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, water and internet. Additionally, a by-weekly cleaning service for common areas and bathrooms is included in the rent. You will have access to my streaming services. Common area is fully furnished. No pets. No smoker. Overnight guest can not stay more than two consecutive days in a row, no more than 12 days in 6 months period. Minimum 6 months lease. Lease to be renewed every 6 months. Good credit score. $55 screening reports is non-refundable. Renter’s insurance is required upon signing. This is a peaceful and respectful household. No drama.
