About the room
We live in a 6 bedroom / 3 bath contemporary hilltop home on 6 private acres surrounded by deep woods and old stone walls. The property is landscaped with pollinator plants, ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs. Wildlife includes owls, chickadees, red bellied woodpeckers, wild turkeys, fox (& sometimes babies!) and deer, to name a few!
This is a sweet, cozy bedroom with new furnishings on the first floor of our large home and adjoins a yoga room. It has a full size bed, desk & chair, upholstered bench and tall chest of drawers. It faces the back of our property with views of flowering bushes, wild life, native birds and deep woods. Singles only please.
We offer a shared co-living household and would love to get to know you! The LR, FR, kitchen and our beautiful 6 acre wooded property are all available for our guests to enjoy.

About the roomies
We have hosted housemates from Chile, France, Japan NYC, DC and many other places! It has been a rich and rewarding experience.
All of our rented rooms are on the first floor of our home. There is a large shared family room with a wood burning fireplace and side patio with lovely wooded views, grill, dining table. We share the common areas. Upstairs there is a large kitchen and a living room currently under renovation.
My son will be attending law school in the fall and is currently home and my daughter is a junior political science major and is home for breaks. We have two silly doodles and one not-so-silly kitty that live with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets. We love animals, but the inn is full!
We have made our home into a co-living space and have 2-3 carefully chosen housemates at any one time for from 2 nights to 1 year stays. All have private furnished bedrooms and share bathrooms. Itโs been a wonderful experience and weโve had the pleasure of meeting many interesting people!
