Hi! My name is Jess (28) and my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our first floor 3br apartment in the West End/Libbytown. Fully furnished apartment, and the bedroom will come with a bed/bed frame if needed! We’re walking distance to the hospital and the Western Prom, ~10 minutes from the airport, and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, with easy access to 295 and 95. The room is $950/month with all utilities included. The bedroom has a small walk-in closet, and a window that gets great natural light all day! Shared living spaces are the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and we have access to the back deck/backyard for the three of us. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The building has a basement for some storage, with plenty of on-street parking.

Jess (28) - that’s me! I work two jobs currently, macroalgae research and bartender a few nights a week, so my schedule can be a little hectic sometimes. But when I’m not working I love baking and cooking, binge watching anime, or looking for new places to travel to.

Jordan (38) - he’s super chill, he’s the executive chef of a restaurant, and he also travels for work to cook at other restaurants in the country. His schedule is also a little crazy, but we’re home most nights and you can find us either watching tv on the couch or relaxing on the back deck. He also loves to travel and is definitely more of a home body, but he’s awesome.
