Douglas's room

Looking to rent 1 bedroom with private bath in my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Room is furnished with full kitchen and living room and a nice size Lania. All utilities and cable are paid. No parking spot, however, there are some parking rental spots close by. I am still cleaning out the room, but all the personal stuff will be gone before its rented.

I am an older male (60) who does not smoke, rarely drinks and has a full time job. I am open to either gender, but have found in the past I get along better with females. The building has an older ownership, mid 40’s mostly. I have 2 cats who currently use the 2nd bedroom and bathroom except when I am home.
