HOUSING ESSENTIALS The room includes a compact kitchen and bathroom, room is like 14m^2. Linen, hand towel and light bedding, a desk and lamp can be borrowed but you will have to prepare winter quilt yourself.
PET House trained pet allowed.
RENTING PERIOD and PAYMENT Minimum renting period is until end of December 2023, longer stay is preferred. Rent needs to be paid on 1st of each month and first payment should be November’s rent and 300$ deposit. If moved in immediately (preferred), 20$/day is required. Rent can be sent by digital transfer but cash is preferred.
