Fire pit, 55k gallon pool, 2 fireplaces 1 wood 1 gas, 1 dining room, large kitchen, 3 living rooms, floor to ceiling glassed in patio runs entire length of back of house. All wood and tile floors except bedrooms. Garage parking. Lots of storage. It’s a nice house. All trees and hedges so it’s super private. Main bedroom has a dual sink en-suite with a large shower and 2 closets. 3 other bedrooms on main floor have large closets. Rent can go down if bedroom w/o en-suite is chosen. I am a 40 something IT professional who works from home. I will live in the downstairs bedroom and use a separate office downstairs as well. I work a lot but like to spend time with my 2 cats and my mini Aussie who will be part-time on property. Must be LGBT+ friendly as I am FTM transitioning and only allow allies in my home. Looking for laid back, chill people as that is what I am. Down with splitting groceries or making a communal meal occasionally. Otherwise I like to read, play cards, listen to music, and binge watch whatever dropped this week and the whole office is talking about like everybody else…and when summer comes…pool..pool…pool…firepit
