Heaven's room

Brand new build, near the freeway but secluded enough that it’s quiet, washer and dryer included, two closets in the bedroom, bathroom is large and spacious, nearby plenty of restaurants and cafes.

I’m the only one living here, I work throughout the day so I’m only at the apartment in the evenings/at night. I’m quiet, I do tend to have friends over. Looking for a roommate + new friend.
