This is a roomy 2 bedroom (1 room, Large loft) on 2nd floor of a duplex. Log cabin style, hardwood floors throughout, huge kitchen with deck off kitchen area. Eating nook, fireplace (more for decoration) and decent size bathroom. Washer and dryer in community area. Right near Boulder creek path and few blocks from Pearl Street. Plenty of natural light in bedroom (has door and large closet).

I am a single 40yr old looking to share all of this space!. I work FT, am gone most of the day/night especially on weekends. I pay for WiFi but would like to split Xcel and water bill. It was pretty low since May and each room has own thermostat. I’m pretty laid back, keep things tidy and want a good relationship with my roommate.
