The rent is $1150 which includes sewage/trash. Parking is $35 per month and internet is $35 per month. Electricity will be split 50/50. The apartment has two gyms, an indoor basketball court, community room, 2 business computer rooms, 2 pools, movie theater and a deck. There is a walking trail behind the building. The Silver Line Innovation metro stop is 0.4 miles or 7 minutes walking from the apartment. In addition, you will have your own bathroom and the bigger bedroom. Free laundry on site. No deposit required, but there is a $60 application fee. The lease expires January 2024 and will renew through 2025.
