my home is in the Koolina Hillside villas. it is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. My teenage children live with me every other week, they are quiet and keep to themselves when they are here if they are not at school. The community has a pool, hot tub and BBQ areas. There are quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, this is not a party community, but a resort and quiet community so please be the same. we are a 15 minute walk to the Koolina Lagoons as well as the shopping center and resorts. Wifi is provided but electric is split 50/50. I’d prefer a 6 month lease, but can do month to month. Rent if month to month is $1800/mo, rent if 3 month lease is $1400/mo, rent if 6 month lease is $1200/mo. Deposit is equal to 1 month rent.

I am looking for someone who can share, work together to have a respectful home. I am a working professional and can’t spend my days worrying about who is there and what issues there are. There is no smoking, no partying here. Take care of my home and be respectful and we will get along great.
