Welcome to the heart of the south east side of Grand Rapids. Located near Plymouth and Burton. I live in a house of about 1600 ft.² and four bedrooms.

I am renting out the two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom is about 80 to 90 ft.² with a small closet. There is a shared half bath upstairs.

Rent starts at $875 with electricity and water included. Heat will be required to be paid for October through March.

The neighborhood is a safe neighborhood, very active with neighbors walking and schools very close by. The area has easy access to the Breton Village area and also Harvest Health is 1 mile west.

I live here with my three cats. (No other animals at this time).
