Hi, renting out my living room space in a two bedroom condo. The condo offers street parking, community pool with a washer & dryer unit right below us. Washer is $1.00 and dryer is .75 cents. Utilities will be be spilt 3 ways (about $100 each which includes Edison light, gas, internet and cleaning services monthly). There’s no pets allowed, it’s a weed friendly environment but please don’t bring the party home. Looking for someone that is clean, can share space and be responsible. Roommates guest can stay maximum of 48 hours in periods of time. Please feel free to reach out ask any questions you may have.

I’m Gabriela and my roommate is Arunima. I’m currently in a career change and Arunima is a biotech engineer. She’s normally gone during the day but we both enjoy cooking and relaxing to some TV. We have a fully stacked kitchen that you are more than welcome to use if you need.
