There are several other medical offices nearby as well. The room is fully furnished, with a dedicated bath, and all utilities included. I am looking for a kind, responsible female to share my home situated in a small townhome community. Unfortunately, I cannot consider any other pets as our association R&R’s limits pets to two per unit.

The extra-large bedroom is fully furnished with nice furniture, a queen bed, a wall mounted TV, and a large bright private bathroom and an exceptionally large walk-in closet. This setting is for a 6-month minimum lease, with the possibility of an additional lease option at the end of term.

This house is best suited for a professional person seeking medium term lodging (6 months on average) respectful, clean/tidy, non-smoking, non-vaping, no drugs, moderate social drinking only. Verifiable income and two references needed. A background check will be required with a one-time fee of $45 via the Oregon Rental Housing Alliance. The lease length is a minimum of 6 months, with a minimum of one months’ notice before moving out. A security deposit of $1250.00 is required. A $120 cleaning fee will be charged upon moving out.
