3000 sf home. Upstairs is a separate apartment rented out to gay male in his 50’s. Downstairs has three bedrooms. A 64 and 66-year-old females occupy the downstairs. Ideally, the new roommate will also be a quite, clean senior woman and work nights. No pets please as the house already had 2 cats.
