Katie's room

The apartment is on the third floor, it has a balcony, a living room/kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, and sink, one room available, shared bathroom with shower/tub, plenty of closets, no internet but has the option to get internet. The room that will be available faces towards the parking lot and has a closet. The lease would be from August 2024 to August 2025.

I will be the only one living in my apartment by … I work 3rd’s on the weekends and sometimes I am gone from Friday into Sunday because of National Guard duties. I love all sorts of animals, there is a pet fee but I cannot remember how much it is, maybe around $25 a month? So if you have an animal, I won’t complain. I am a Psychology major at MSU, I will be a Junior in the Fall. I am also in ROTC and will be waking up early everyday except Friday. I am a social person so I will talk to you if you talk to me, but I will respect your boundaries. I’d love to have you as a roommate and can’t wait to meet you!
