Hope's room

You’ll have your own private room and detached bath. The room is a spacious 11x12 with a moderate-sized walk-in closet. The apartment is considered to be an upgraded unit and is nicely decked out with modern fixtures. There is a balcony off of the living room which is a great space to lounge and grow plants if that is your thing. I’ve got a few plants myself and I’m working on my green thumb. The complex has reserved underground parking and a super nice gym and pool area. In front of the complex is a community park and across on the other side is a small restaurant that is open most standard hours. They even serve brunch on the weekends! The pictures listed are from the website, the actual apartment has a different lay out but looks very similar in style.

Your housemates will just be myself and my cat Gryffin. I work full-time in the biotech industry in Sorrento Valley. In my free time, I rave and snowboard and am happy to carpool with my potential housemate to shows and the slopes. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy having my cat as a housemate as well as she is very social and friendly.
