Houston's room

Our house is on the east side of Austin. A quick drive to 35, Airport and UT campus. The house is mostly furnished with the acception of your room and a common room great for reading or doing schoolwork. Your room will be adjacent to mine, with the shared bathroom in between (no shared bedroom walls). Your room (12“x9“) has two large closets (8“x2“ total closet space) and plenty of natural lighting. Also all bills will be included in the rent price.

Nacole and Houston (me) have lived together since March and known each other for almost 2 years. We both work in the service industry so we usually get home around 1AM. We both are quiet people who respect each others spaces, and are looking for someone who can do the same.
