A spacious master bedroom with an attached full bath. This room has a large closet and a small closet. Comes fully furnished. Will provide a queen size bed, side table, dresser, and desk. Bunk bed does not have to stay. Parking is first come first serve but there’s plenty of room to park on the street and the neighborhood is quiet. Will provide some space in the kitchen cupboards and separate freezer space fully designated to renter. Fridge space is shared. House is equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Will provide some shelving storage space in the garage. Public space is the living room, kitchen, front yard, and backyard. NO SMOKERS/VAPERS. Will cover the cost of the background check.

There is my mom and I living in the other bedrooms. We have 2 cats that are very friendly.
