I am 36/F with two sons who are in the home about ten days a month. Currently have one male tenant and their son living with me. I am pretty social and have a great family atmosphere established. We are artsy, fun and friendly people. We do have a dog and three cats that are indoor outdoor so preferably no pets (fish and such are fine).
