I have one super clean furnished room with private bath for rent December 1st. The common areas to be shared are kitchen, den and living spaces everyone cleans up after themselves. Washer and dryer and internet service included in rent. This house does not allow pets, smoking, and no drugs allowed! Currently, 1 single male is living at the property everyone follows the rules and keeps the house clean. The room is located upstairs of the house, very private The house is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, close to bus line, and grocery shopping. Utilities will be shared. The rent is 1,250.00 a month with 500.00 refundable security deposit. Min rental time 6 months to a 1 year The home is located in Auburn / Lea Hill about 1.5 miles from Green River College and has quick and easy access to highways and freeways. Highway 18 is about 2 minutes away and highway 167 is about 8 minutes away. Just a short 35-minute drive to Bellevue, 45 minutes to Seattle and 25 minutes to SeaTac airport

Working male so not a lot of interaction, very quiet and clean. Seeking a roommate that is not very loud or untidy. Respect the property and the privacy of the other people in the house
