•The deposit is $475 to be returned as long as there’s no damages

Hey! I’m a 30-year-old professional woman who works in media — I work from home most days but go into the office a couple of times a month. I will have an office next to my bedroom set up by the time you move in, the shared living spaces are for both of us. I’m a bit of an introvert, bookworm, and homebody unless I’m traveling but I do like to work out, eat good food, and watch movies. There’s a cat and a dog and they’re both very laid-back.
