Howdy! My roommates and I all absolutely love this space but unfortunately all have recently had individual circumstances that have caused us to need to move out before our lease is up. We’re looking to turn over our lease either until May (the original end date), or later (landlord is lovely and open to starting up longer leases too). We’re all quiet college students and have kept the place clean throughout our stay. It’s a 5 minute walk from downtown Winchester and the house itself is beautiful with all updated appliances.
