With utilities and internet, it usually comes out to be around $980/month. The room available has its own bathroom and closet with a beautiful view on the pool and great sunsets. The apartment is located on the third floor and has a spectacular view of the mountains and surrounding greenery. The space has a full kitchen, living room, sunroom, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The apartment complex has a gym, pool, fenced in dog park, and theater/event room. 15 min away from mission hospital and the airport, and 15 min to downtown Asheville. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The lease ends in February, and you would have the option to renew it then. There is a female roommate living in one of the rooms currently. She has a cute female Dalmatian that is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever been around 🐶 She works normal shift from 8-5 during the week and is super nice and quiet in the evening which was very important for me. We get along very well and she is super easy going!
