Looking for one more roommate to share a 3 br 3ba with! It’s $633+utilities near Clay St market. Super spacious with up and down stairs, we are looking to rent out the downstairs room which has its own bathroom and closet. It’s the only one on the bottom floor so you will have a lot of privacy. This place is beautiful! The house comes with an advanced security system and the area feels very safe even without it! Neighbors are friendly and the streets are quiet suburbs despite being minutes away from the city. So if you love Richmond but need some peace and quiet, this is the place for you :) We also have our own parking spaces and lots of street parking, we love this place!
