Jessica's room

Hello! I have a bedroom available in my 3x1 apartment. It is available for a 6-month rental (1/2024 to 6/2024) There are 2 dogs and 1 cat that live here already so no more animals are allowed. I would prefer a female roommate but will talk to anyone interested. We have wifi, laundry in the unit, and easy access to shopping. Public transportation is close as well. Rent is 375 a month plus your share of utilities (gas, electric, wifi, and water). Should come out to about 100 dollars a month. Apartment complex has a pool and pay to use laundry facilities as well.
