Bedroom is the master bedroom in this 2 bedroom house. Large couch in living room, large screen TV. Tile floors throughout. Absolutely no drinking or smoking or vaping or drug use of any kind on this property. No pets of any kind. Large screened back porch available for your use. We have a very nice large kitchen with a booth.

We are an older married couple, very quiet as living companions and we expect the same from any tenant. We have a mother in law unit on the property which is rented to a couple whom we have known for years. Safe dependable people. Be glad to answer any questions you may have as potential tenant and we may have some too.
