I’m purchasing a home with a closing date of January, 2024. Currently, I just finished having the house remodeled. So, all three of the extra rooms will be available by January 1st, 2024. It is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. This house has been in my family for three generations. It was time to fix it up and keep it nice. The pictures show some of the remodel. This listing is for the smallest of the three . However, as you can see, a queen mattress fits with room to spare.

Currently the home has been vacant. I just moved in and completed the remodel. I am a lawyer and want to rent to three other responsible, employed individuals who can get along with myself and other roommates. We all will need to respect each other and our privacy. I will be living in the house, in the master bedroom. The other three rooms are for rent.
