Larger than normal bedroom, exceptionally large walk-in closet. Holds a full size dresser, stool, shoe shelves, 6 foot tall book case. Full size bed on high frame so can store below. Comes with all linens, TV, two fans (overhead and room), 2 end tables with drawers, pull out desk, next to laundry (supplies included) and window that overlooks forest. Full kitchen privileges, 1/2 frig, 2 kitchen cabs r yours, no storage other than closet and under bed, no smoking, no illicit drugs, no pets.

1st + last mos rent + $100 security/departing cleaning fee - refundable if you leave in good condition and do a good job of cleaning, + security (refundable).

• cost of premium background check, + credit check. If you are active duty military or fed employee with a security clearance you might not need the background check, but will need the credit check.
