I can send you pictures and videos of the room and the apartment it’s a very central location right by the loop NRG and medical center area close to everything minutes from midtown, museum district, Rice village, TSU and UH. Less than 15 minutes from river oaks, downtown, Montrose and the galleria 77054 zip. Great for someone with no car as there are plenty of buses.

Rules/requirements/fees: You must have a Valid ID 420 friendly No pets please (there are two chill kittens here) but caged non venomous reptiles are ok The room is for one person ONLY no additional pets or children can live in the unit with you. You will receive a copy of my ID and the lease for your safety and security before the room is held. For our safety and to avoid scams, video call or in person meeting must occur for me to hold the room. A room rental contract will be signed when the room is held for you.

Included: Private room and private bathroom, walk in closet, parking, bed, dressers, washer/dryer, fully upgraded kitchen. Complimentary mini fridge, microwave, TV, WiFi and Streaming Services in common area

I’m a teacher so I’m gone weekdays, super chill, just looking for a considerate roomie who cleans up after themselves with good vibes 🥰 There are two kittens here so if you are allergic to cats this wouldn’t be a good fit😿 Everything for them is automatic and in my room automatic feeder, water fountain, and a self cleaning AI litter box so there’s never any smells
