Leslie's room

I have a single room available in downtown Berkeley. It’s a lively area with frequent events in Downtown Berkeley Bart Plaza and the surrounding area. It is about a 12-minute walk from the Downtown BART station. There is also a plethora of bus stops within walking distance that can take you to UC Berkeley campus or surrounding fun areas like Bay Street Emeryville and the Berkeley Marina. This area is very safe as there are always people walking, whether it be with their dogs or going for runs, going to campus, etc.

As for the apartment itself, it is a two-bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the bottom floor of an apt complex. We have a shared kitchen space stocked with a ton of appliances, dishes, cookware, and pantry space. We would be splitting utilities such as PG&E gas and electricity, internet (Sonic), and shared toiletries like toilet paper - which we can discuss further if interested.

I am a recent UC Berkeley grad who majored in Biology. Currently, I work at a clinic as a medical assistant. Things that I really enjoy doing include cooking, tennis (or any sport for that matter), and watching trash television. My current life goal is to buy myself a Nintendo Switch with a Kirby game like the one I had as a kid. I usually will keep to myself as I am continuing my studies however if you ever invite me to watch a show together or something I will be head over heels excited to hang out.
