Prefer limited to no visitors to keep the house quiet and spacious.

Looking for someone to rent my master bed and bathroom.

This is a private end unit townhouse bedroom and bathroom available for rent in Sully Station! Currently has a dresser and king sized bed, but can move furniture if tenant wants to bring their own. Tenant can use community amenities (outdoor pool with recreational and lap lane swimming, and tennis/pickleball, basketball courts, clubhouse, playgrounds, walk/running trails).

Will accept month to month type of situation.

I have two friendly adult dogs. No children or other animals allowed.

There is a narrow driveway that fits two vehicles; one spot directly in front of the house for tenant.

This rental agreement would be for access to the master bedroom and bathroom, main kitchen, to the yard and deck, to use the washing machine and dryer in the basement, and for small amounts of extra storage in the backyard or garage.

Just me and the pups! My friend stays in the guest room with its own bathroom for 12 days a month when he works in the Capital region.

I work a government job so I require a tenant who is in good standing with a clean record, who is quiet, professional, and respectful.
