Finished basement with plenty of space and a back door that leads directly to a huge back yard and a neighborhood lake. You have your own bathroom and ac/heating unit. Neighborhood is both friendly and quiet.

Recently divorced man. Not looking to hook up. I mind my business and love good conversation. I get along with most people and personalities. I have 2 kids that come over mainly on my off days which is why I prefer women only (for safety reasons). Your space will always be respected but expect it to be noisy when the kids are around.
