It’s located in a great neighborhood a few blocks from the 5 freeway and OC Great Park and 3 miles from the Irvine Spectrum. It is available 1/5/19 with lease through 5/31/19 with option to renew.

The condo is fully furnished (with the exception of your rooms) includes living room, dining room, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, guest bathroom, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, tons of natural light, in-unit washer/dryer, AC/heat, 2-car attached garage with storage (you get your own parking spot). I’m a fun, active full-time working professional female in my early 30s who occupies the other master bedroom. I’m clean, responsible and respectful, so looking for a roommate who is too.

Also open to renting both rooms to one person for a discounted rate. 2nd room could be used as an office, private living room, etc.
