The room itself is approximately 11ftx11ft (not including the closet) . The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer along with an electric stove and dishwasher. The complex is located near the Vacaville outlets and is in a safe area. This unit is located on the ground floor and has a patio area.

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease. My roommate is a woman and prefers women applicants only. She is a member of the coast guard and has a stable income.
