About the room
Quiet Neighborhood, located in the the suburbs of Bear Valley. Safe to walk at night here and great restaurants and bars to take a night off.Access to HYW 285, 6th Ave, I-25 and C470. Shopping close by, mountains, red rocks, bike paths and more. The space is 750sq ft, totally furnished, with lots of natural light. We will share entrance into home and washer and dryer. Security system in place with cameras on premises. All utilities are included in rent.
About the roomies
I work in the hospitality industry, so I work a lot. I am work out and my health is very important. My home is kept up on the outside and in the inside, I am quiet, clean and expect the same in return. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs that have been trained not to go downstairs. Sometimes my brother and his lady stay here or a friend from out of town.
