I just moved into this apartment 2 weeks ago. We would split rent and all utilities in half. Just estimating it will be around $900/month each.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and walk in closet. The room is 11ft by 13ft. The entire apartment is 969 sq. ft. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is furnished but your bedroom is unfurnished. The photos show the place before I moved furniture in.

The room is for a single occupant not multiple people.

You have to be able to pass the background check the apartment complex will run.

No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind are allowed. I don’t want to deal with it and it is in the lease.

Pets are allowed. I can tell you more about what the apartment complex requires if you have one.

The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, exercise room, racquetball court and small movie theater. The apartment is about 1.5 miles from BSU and 2 miles from downtown.

I am pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I have lived with many different people over the years and gotten along with most of them.

I am looking for someone who doesn’t do drugs, smoke or vape, can pay rent on time, and can be quiet at night when I’m sleeping.
