Looking for a chill, clean, respectful, cat-friendly roommate to share a spacious, furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Tempe (Mill Ave & Baseline Rd).

Move in date is flexible

$1,000 / month

Monthly utility expenses shared 50/50 (SRP, Gas, Internet, Water)

Refundable security deposit : $750

Cozy, clean, spacious home w/ two living room areas, a dining room, full kitchen, full laundry room, carport, shed for storage space, and a huge backyard with a pool.

Great location - quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to Kiwanis Park. It’s 10 minutes to ASU and downtown Tempe and just a couple minutes to the 60.

Bedroom is unfurnished with a window that looks out to the backyard (this room is currently set up as my workspace/office - see photos).

The hallway bathroom will be yours to use however I will need to share the shower in this bathroom temporarily until the shower in the master bathroom is fixed (which is scheduled for December/January). I will only use the hallway bathroom to shower, as I can use my master bathroom for everything else.

1 year lease without guarantee of a renewal but I possibly can go month to month after the lease is up. I would give at least 3 month’s advance notice whether month to month would be possible.

I am 39, work from home, very chill, respectful, low key, and friendly. Not much of a partier but enjoy get togethers from time to time. I love to cook, watch movies, read, and listen to records. There are no other roommates in the home and dont intend to bring anyone else in. I do own the home. I have one cat and am happy to add to the cat family. I love dogs but might not be a good fit with my cat here 😔.
