This is a private room in a shared residence.

You will have a private bathroom and access to all shared spaces, both inside and outside. The kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances, and the majority of the furniture is new. All shared spaces are fully furnished. The only furnishing needed would be for your own private room, which is freshly painted and has new carpet.

Open to a male or female tenant. No pets or couples. Must be cleanly and tidy.

The neighborhood is nice, a quiet street with good neighbors. We do have two dogs and a cat living with us at the house, all of which are super friendly and love meeting new people.

Rent will be $800/month, utilities not included. Lease length will be 6 months, with the option to renew for longer upon lease expiration. It is available for move in immediately after a background check.

My husband and I (late 20s) are the only ones who live in the house currently. We own the house and are looking for a tenant to fill our empty room. We are both in our careers and looking for another similarly aged and like minded individual to rent to (20s/30s and career focused).

In our off time we like to get outside, hiking and camping. We also like to go country dancing and like hanging out with friends.
