Hello! Looking for a roommate in Rogers Park (in Little India) who is chill and courteous to rent one of the three rooms in our apartment. Internet is included but utilities are not, usually around 30 to 40 dollars a month. Dishwasher, laundry in the basement, landlord lives on the top floor, parking garage! There is a patio off of our unit and also a group garden area for the entire apartment to use- grill, table, a koi pond, very well kept and beautiful property. Month to month rent so its flexible, but if you’re staying long term like I am, you only have to sign once.

My name is Aliza and I’m 23! I’m an online student and full time barista, so I am out of the house in the mornings and afternoons and keep to myself in the evenings. I room with Michael, who is 60 years old and works from home for a museum. Having lived with him for four months now, we have had no problems and rarely see each other because of how busy we are!
