This is a studio with its own bathroom located off of Sunset Blvd. and Bronson Ave. in West Hollywood, CA right off the 101. There is a laundromat, Target, Home Depot, Trader Joe’s, and popular dance clubs are within walking distance from the apartment. This building has WiFi available to residents, as it is included in the rent. The unit comes with a mini firdge, a heater, and there is a Amazon Locker and a vending machine in the lobby. The utilities that you use will be added onto your rent through the property, so you’ll pay your rent and utilities simultaneoisly. Utilities typically for a studio apartment shouldn’t exceed $100 a month. I usually pay around $65 a month for utilities with other applicable fees included.

The rent for the new lease is $1050 without fees and utilities. I’m offering to take $100 off your monthly rent for the remainder of my lease, which is approximately 5 months.

The process to lease the studio starts with completing a $35 application that includes a background check. Then once you’re approved you’ll pay a $1,000 security deposit, 1st months rent, and obtain a renters insurance policy. After that the place is all yours.
