Hi Everyone, I have a room with a private bath available for rent in a single-family home in a safe quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, with a fully fenced yard, deck, and parking. Our home is in Aloha (Beaverton) near Farmington and 185th. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, sewage, internet) are included in the rent. Room details: ≈150 Sq ft, $1000, with a large closet. The bath is private and NOT shared with anyone else. The whole upstairs in not shared, on occasion we will have a guest that will stay in a guest room (1-3 times a year for a night or two). The room has no shared walls with other housemates. NO one else lives upstairs, Mater bedroom in on the main level, in which my fiancé and I live. Move in costs: Move in costs is monthly rent ($1000) plus $1000 refundable deposit. Lease options: Flexible lease term options including month-to-month leases. The room is currently available for shows and rent. We are all easy going, friendly professionals adults that are respectful of each other’s space. We love traveling, for most of our trips we bring our two sweet pups. One is a Bernese, and the other is a blue nose pit.
