Allegro student apartments is very close to Sonoma State University and right down the street from Oliver’s. The rent is 920 a month plus 60 for utilities. There is wifi and the room will be semi-furnished. It comes with a desk, drawers, closet, and full body mirror. You can do a virtual tour on the Allegro Student Apartments website. There are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms but currently only one person would be there. The room is pretty spacious and carpeted. There is room to park on the street or you can pay 50 a month for a parking spot. Allegro also has a movie theatre room, study room, and a fitness room that has a couple machines and a treadmill. I would recommend getting a dehumidifier for the room but I can also give you mine before I move out.
I am currently trying to move out to live with my partner and I am looking for someone to replace me. Currently it is just me and one other girl named Maddie. Maddie is 22 and mostly stays in her room or isn’t home. The apartment has 4 rooms so two are currently empty.
