The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath unit with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the room separated by the living/dining area and kitchen. The room available will have a connected bathroom accessible only to that room. The other bathroom will be the one accessible to guests and contains the washer/dryer. This apartment is currently being leased by me from Vy Reston Heights, which has many amenities that can be viewed on their website. I will move into the unit on Oct 28th, 2023 and will provide photos of the room on this date. Adding a person to the lease would require each person to pay a $50 application fee and we would need to sign a new lease that includes all new residents. Each person also needs to have renter’s insurance. The current lease is for 13 months and starts on Oct 28th, 2023. Utilities will be around $150 per person for 2 people. The complex has a parking deck where unreserved parking will cost $65 per month or $100 per month for a reserved space. The complex is a 5 minute drive from Reston Town Center, a mixed-use urban development with various retail stores and restaurants.

My name is Juan and I am the primary resident of the apartment. I am 26 years old and have relocated to Reston for work from Houston, TX. I will be working at an office during the week from 9AM to 6PM. I spend most of my free time doing online gaming or watching videos/shows. I also enjoy watching various sports, both college and professional.
