Looking for a 4th housemate in a beautiful townhouse located near Columbia City!

The room is comes with it’s own heating unit, an ensuite private bathroom, and a nicely sized closet.

You will have full access to the common areas, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and washer/dryer. Utilities are not included in the rent, but will be split up between tenants in the household.

Street parking is available, and there is a attached garage that can fit one car. The garage can be coordinated to be shared with other tenants.

No other pets as we already have a lovely dog.
