Lonetree Boulevard

My home is located in a small community’s of townhouses. It is surrounded by open meadows and a small creek right out side my front door. There is a large park across the street and bike trails near by that lead through town. Within a Mile there is a shopping center that has both small business and chain restaurants, gyms , movie theatre and grocery stores and a bowling alley about a mile in the other direction. I can see HWY 65 in the distance from my housing complex so quick access to the hwy.

The Bedroom is on the second floor of my Town house. It is furnished with a new bed, the mattress has been purchased and will be here by the 31st. The bathroom for the most part be yours. It is the main bathroom so I may use it or on rare occasion or a guest. it has been remolded recently. You will have room in the fridge and cupboards for your food.
The lease will be month to month.

I am the owner of the town house. I am a professional that works from home most of the time. I do not have any pets. I keep my house clean and comfortable. During the week days when I work my house is pretty quite. On the weekends I relax and listen to music … normal stuff.
