The Grand at Stone Creek Apartments are located in San Marcos Texas. This is a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment home built in 2019. It includes free internet, parking, gym, propane grills, dog park with dog washing station, and a pool. Our unit has a fenced in yard with patio furniture. Very pet friendly. The interior of the Luxury apartment is full of amenities. It has stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, wood floors, and includes the washer and dryer. It is a great location walking distance to Target and other shops.

I’m Lauren. I’m moving out of town soon and would like to find someone to replace me on the lease and live with my current roommate Eduardo until it ends on 04/06/2024. Eduardo is quiet and he enjoys playing video games in his room. He works a full time job and is gone most weekend. He is a great roommate 30 years old very quiet and respects my privacy. The apartment is very quiet and feels like you have the place to yourself. Great for someone who would like to live alone but a nice one bedroom is just over budget. I’m very flexible on the move in date but would prefer to leave around 12/01/2023. This would be a great opportunity to live with him short term to make sure it’s a perfect fit. He is open to renewing the lease for an additional year.
