This secure unit has a private bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and can utilize the patio and gym spaces in the house. Located on the beautiful Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, halfway between Boulder and Longmont, historic Niwot is a charming community with a vibrant downtown. Browse independent stores, coffee shops, dine or grab a beer at the brewery. The town offers year round events, and has a wonderful network of paths for biking or jogging. Easy access to Boulder and Longmont using busses or bike trails, or a short 10 min drive to either.

We are a couple who work in tech and healthcare, and we are excited to share our home with you! We are an active, outdoors oriented couple, and love to hike, bike, and ski. We have 2 cats who are very friendly, but do not go into the rental unit (unless you want them to).
