Licelda's room

We have two rooms on the top floor available for rent in our three floor townhouse. One of the rooms has its own private full bathroom. The other bathroom will be shared by us & renter(s). (Disclaimer both full bathrooms are on the top floor). We will have cleaner in monthly to tidy up the rooms and bathrooms monthly, this is non-negotiable and included in the rent. We are hoping to rent out both rooms to a family of 3 or less for ($1300) or rent out the room with the private restroom($800) to a single person/couple. There are cameras for added security on the main floor and outside the home. We don’t mind splitting the fridge, freezer & pantry but need the renter(s) to be very mindful and respectful of the kitchen and living area and maintain it clean after use.

We are a family of three and are pretty new to the area. We are very clean and respectful people. I am a stay at home mother and my partner works in HVAC. We love animals but unfortunately are allergic to everything but fish. Lol we pretty much keep to ourselves. We are non-smokers and don’t want excessive drinkers. We honestly want to keep a peaceful home. We would want the renters to have open communication if they were to have any concerns.
