Voltaire Street

A beautiful 3 bedroom house on the border of Point Loma and Ocean Beach. There are two vacant rooms in the main house, and a garage converted into a bedroom is currently being occupied by myself. There is a massive and beautiful back yard. A shared bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks. Carpeted bedrooms with wood floors in the living room and a wood burning fire place. There are two rooms available which could both be filled but I would prefer to turn the third room into a bonus room incase a guest needs a bed, maybe combined with a home office. Open to ideas.

I am a 26 year old male. I work in management for a local hospitality group. I am not at home very much, especially nights and on the weekends. In my free time I enjoy cooking and gardening, or just spending time in the back yard.
