Raquelle's room

We have one room for rent with a walk in closet in an awesome house in South Austin off Manchaca and Frate Barker. The house is close to South Austin Beer Garden, HEB, HIVE, Planet Fitness, and lots of other great places.

No couples or kids, the room is for 1 person, but guests and animals are welcome! There is currently one sweet Australian shepherd and playful kitten in the house and we are open to more animals with a pet deposit.

The house is 5 bedroom/3 bath, 2800 sq ft., there are 2 living rooms, a washer and dryer, nice little backyard, garden bed in need of love, and plenty of parking. The room available is upstairs and shares a bathroom with two of the roommates.

Rent is $700 and includes all utilities and basic common things like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, ect. We have a maid once a month too, but basic chores are shared. Deposit is $700. Rent is due on the 1st. Six months minimum but then month to month after that. The landlord is very relaxed and most things are dealt with in house.

Other things- no smoking in the house, please! Outside is fine. Ideally we want someone in their late 20s-30s with a stable income who has lived or is excited to live in a mini community and is respectful, communicative, clean, and an overall good person.

There are 4 of us currently living here, two guys and two gals. We are all pretty different but that makes it interesting. Some of us work from home. One of us is in a band and has shows from time to time, two are gamers, and I enjoy board games and movies. We are all in our late 20’s to mid 30’s and are courteous and respectful of others living in the house, but we do like to have fun from time to time.
